This week, Alicia Keys will be celebrating the work of her foundation, Keep A Child Alive, at the 2015 KCA Black Ball.
In between honoring recipients for their efforts in addressing HIV/AIDS initiatives and raising money for treatment for families living with HIV/AIDS in Africa and India, Wale will be hitting the stage to supply the sounds. Wiz Kid, LIONBABE and Keys will also be performing.
Honorees include Patrice Motsepe and Dr. Precious Moloi-Motsepe, who founded the Motsepe Foundation in 1999 and were the first African family to join the Giving Pledge in 2013.
They committed half of the proceeds of their family assets to charitable causes and sustainable development of the people in South Africa and on the African continent.
The Black Ball, which will be hosted by Keys and Chris Rock, will take place at the Hammerstein Ballroom on Thursday, Nov. 5th.
